Leasing Profi LLC was established in January 2005.

 

Leasing Profi LLC is an actively developing company with such main business lines as financial leasing, investment activity and export-import transactions.

The company specializes in leasing supplies of technics and equipment under both Russian and foreign-economic contracts with attraction of financing on internal and western markets.

 

Leasing Profi LLC provides in leasing technological equipment, motor transport, road building, agricultural technics of such leading Russian and foreign manufacturers as CLAAS, Terex Group, Kiefel Extrusion GmbH; Linde AG (Germany); SML (Austria); DILO AG (Germany), Bielloni Castello SPA; "MAZ" (Belarus), "KAMAZ" (Russia), and others. To finance supplies of technics and equipment to Russian enterprises Leasing Profi LLC together with Russian banks and through intermediary of foreign banks performs financing of leasing projects with participation of European export credit agencies, in particular: Holland agency "Atradius", German agency "Euler Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG", Austrian agency "OeKB", Italian agency "SACE", which provide insurance coverage of the risks under state export financing programs of the European Union countries.

 

Due to insurance coverage of the leading export agencies and financing of western banks the clients  of Leasing Profi LLC have the opportunity to acquire technics produced in EU and USA in leasing on most advantageous conditions (low credits interest rate, contract's period up to five years, deposit of 25-30% from cost of equipment, individual lease fees payment schedule).

 

Accumulated experience and active cooperation with both western technics manufacturers and their dealers on the territory of Russia allows the company to maximally optimize leasing transactions and form lease payments schedule taking into account client's wishes and seasonal character of enterprise's activity.

 

At the present time, leasing transactions portfolio of Leasing Profi LLC is about 19 millions Euro; 3-5 year effective period of leasing contracts, property's average rise in price equals 8%-12% per year depending on project's currency and leasing payments schedule.
